Jason W. Jordan is a personal injury lawyer and the founding member of Jordan Law. He is a dedicated advocate for individuals who have suffered serious injuries. Over the course of his career, Mr. Jordan has challenged multi-billion-dollar insurance companies to ensure his clients receive full and fair compensation under the law. While not every case requires litigation or a jury trial, Mr. Jordan has earned a reputation as a "true trial lawyer" — one who will go to court when an insurance carrier refuses to fairly evaluate a claim.

Mr. Jordan has handled nearly every type of personal injury matter, including motor vehicle collisions, catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, product defects, brain injuries, orthopedic injuries, spinal cord injuries, and bad faith insurance claims. His consistent success in both federal and state courts has led other personal injury attorneys to bring him on as co-counsel for complex litigation and trials, resulting in several large verdicts and settlements. Over the years, he has secured hundreds of millions of dollars on behalf of his clients.

In addition to his courtroom work, Mr. Jordan has actively supported legislation that broadens the rights of injured individuals in Colorado. He has testified before the Colorado House of Representatives and State Senate on measures that facilitate legal claims against the state, as well as initiatives to raise damage caps in wrongful death cases involving minors.

Mr. Jordan's leadership extends to his service with the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association (CTLA), where he sat on the Board of Directors, Executive Committee, and served as President of the organization. He has received numerous honors throughout the years and was welcomed into the prestigious American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA).

Originally from New Jersey, Mr. Jordan initially went to law school with the intention of entering politics but discovered his passion for standing up to large insurance carriers on behalf of everyday people. He remains an avid Colorado Avalanche hockey fan, and his interests in history and politics continue to shape his dedication to public advocacy. Mr. Jordan is licensed to practice law in Colorado and Washington.
